Registration fees

Congress

Registration includes congress documents, morning and afternoon coffee breaks and lunches, ice-breaker party and social events.

Accompanying person : access to congress and Icebreaker : 80 € including tax (late)

Conference Dinner

Conference dinner at the "Hermitage Gantois Hospice", Wednesday July 12th: 85 € including tax

Excursions

Costs include all accommodation and restaurants (if specified in the excursion description), field guide and transport from and to the meeting point (caution: travel to Newcastle, Lyon and Tallinn is not included !).

Pre-excursion 1: British Classics - 580 € including tax (5 days), from and to Newcastle, UK

Pre-excursion 2: Cretaceous of SE France - 450 € including tax (3 days), from and to Lyon, France

One-day field trip: Upper Jurassic coast of northern France - 95 € including tax (1 day), from and to Lille, France

One-day field trip: Belgian Palaeogene - 120 € including tax (1 day), from and to Lille, France

Post-excursion 1: Belgian Classics - 550 € including tax (3 days), from and to Lille, France

Post-excursion 2: Ordovician of Estonia - 300 € including tax (4 days), from and to Tallinn, Estonia

Terms of cancelation

The participant will have the possibility to cancel her/his participation under the following conditions:

• Until April 30, 2023, penalty of 10% of the price

• From May 1 to June 15, 2023, penalty of 50% of the price

• From June 16, 2023, penalty of 100% of the price.
